Component-level diagnosis and repair of commercial equipment control boards — failed relays, burnt traces, dead switching supplies, cracked solder joints, blown drivers, corroded connectors. Most failures are in the power supply or the relays, not the microcontroller.
Temperature and humidity compliance logging, cold-chain alarms, greenhouse control, well and tank telemetry, equipment runtime alerting. Alarms are evaluated on-site, so they keep firing when the internet drops.
Embedded firmware on ESP32 and ARM, PCB schematic capture and layout, prototype bring-up, systems integration, and React / Node / PostgreSQL applications. You own every deliverable and all source on final payment.
